Cleveland Cavaliers guard Collin Sexton turned 22 on Monday, but he’s made quite an imprint already.

Sexton led Cleveland in scoring with 20.8 points per contest last season, and with Darius Garland firmly in the fold, Sexton has seemingly leaned into a primary scoring role.
Leading into what would be the NBA’s novel coronavirus-induced hiatus/ultimately the end of 2019-20 for Cleveland, Sexton averaged 24.
