The Cleveland Cavaliers should be in better shape with J.B. Bickerstaff firmly at head coach looking onward.
The Cleveland Cavaliers have seemed to have found the right head coach for them in J.B. Bickerstaff. Since arriving in Cleveland, Bickerstaff has worked to turn this franchise around.
With an identity being established and the right pieces being added to the organization, it looks as if that shift could be happening really soon.
The Cavaliers were a bad team last season, and some big changes still have to be made to turn the franchise around.
