The Cleveland Cavaliers have offiicially signed center Sasha Kaun, whose rights they acquired on draft night in 2008, to a two-year deal, the team announced today.
Kaun has played for CSKA Moscow for the last six seasons, and has played for current Cavs coach David Blatt on the Russian Natinal Team.
Kaun won an NCAA championship in 2008 with the Kansas Jayhawks, and will back up Timofey Mozgov in Cleveland.
