The Cleveland Cavaliers have no cap space, but that doesn't mean they won't be active during NBA Free Agency. They're still trying to trade for Paul George and could land Carmelo Anthony this offseason. With free agency set to start at 12:01 p.m. ET on July 1st, here are all the latest Cavs rumors and storylines to watch for during NBA Free Agency.

Paul George Trade
The Cavs want to trade for Paul George and as ESPN's Zach Lowe reports, they'd move Kevin Love straight-up for George. However, Love doesn't interest the rebuilding Pacers, meaning a third team would be required. The Denver Nuggets were that third team, but talks have stalled. They could be revived, but it's unclear if the Nuggets would want to give up the young players and picks the Pacers want.
Kyle Korver
The Cavs will make an offer to the sharp-shooting Korver once free agency starts at 12:01 a.m. ET, reports the Cleveland Plain Dealer. The Cavs have no cap space, but because they traded for Korver, they can keep going over the limit to re-sign him. However, the Cavs are worried about going even more over the luxury tax if a team with cap space makes Korver a big offer. The Pelicans and Bucks are among the teams interested.

Carmelo Anthony
The Cavs have interest in landing Anthony, but only if he's bought out by the Knicks. So far, the Knicks are insistent on trading Anthony, in an attempt to get something back. The Knicks won't make a decision on Anthony's future until they get a new president, so any move with the Cavs will likely wait until after the initial rush of free agency.
GM Search
The Cavs and top target Chauncey Billups have yet to agree to a deal. The last update was that Billups had made a counter-offer, with owner Dan Gilbert yet to make his next move. In the mean time, assistant general manager Koby Altman is in charge as the acting GM.
