Cavs News: Kevin Love Expected To Play Against Chicago

Cleveland Cavaliers forward Kevin Love says he expects to play tonight against the Chicago Bulls after missing Friday night's win over the Los Angeles Clippers.

Love played 37 minutes against the Lakers on Thursday night, scoring 17 points and grabbing seven rebounds, but he was obviously dealing with back spasms that have hampered him throughout the season. His back wasn't good enough to go Friday, but he says he's recovered enough to take the court against the Bulls.

"It was very sore," Love said, when asked why he didn't play Friday. "Watching the film from the night before, it was pretty tough watching me labor out there. I thought the best thing to do was rest it and then the guys went out there Friday and played an unbelievable game."

Tristan Thompson started in Love's place Friday and scored 24 points and grabbed 12 rebounds.
