The Browns could also fill the void during the 2018 NFL Draft as they hold the No. 1 and No. 4 overall selections. With five possible quarterbacks in the discussion, there is nothing stopping the Browns from selecting the quarterback they want, if only that quarterback exists in this year’s draft class.
