Hey, John: I believe that DeShone Kizer will come back and have an opportunity to compete for the starting job. But I believe the Browns will also draft a quarterback with their top pick, and also possibly sign a veteran such as an AJ McCarron. If they add those two quarterbacks, Kessler and Hogan would be the odd men out.
