It’s no secret that the Cleveland Browns are looking to obtain their franchise quarterback that they have not had since their return in 1999. Now with their second number-one overall pick in as many seasons, Cleveland is poised to take one of the best signal-callers in the 2-18 NFL Draft.

Who is that guy, you ask? Not many are in agreeance to who the best quarterback in the upcoming draft is but it appears to have been slimmed down to three players: Josh Rosen, Baker Mayfield, and Sam Darnold. While Mayfield is a senior and has no choice but to come out, Darnold and Rosen are both juniors and have the opportunity to decide whether they want to come out this year or elect to remain in school for their senior year of football.
