CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Was it really just three seasons ago the Browns dominated the Bengals in Cincinnati?
Seems like three decades.
Was it really just 2014 when Brian Hoyer found an unlikely publicity agent in Deion Sanders, who welcomed him to the post-game set by saying that if Andy Dalton was worth $100 million so was Hoyer.
"Pay the man," Sanders said.
The Browns didn't make Hoyer a $100 million man. In fact, he managed only a few more starts after that before another chapter of the QB parade ensued: Johnny Manziel, Josh McCown, Austin Davis, Robert Griffin III, Cody Kessler, DeShone Kizer, Kevin Hogan, Kizer again.
