CLEVELAND, Ohio - Last week I wrote that the Browns still had a path to the AFC North title, and thus, the playoffs, despite their 0-9 record. I stuck to the division title scenario because I assumed that a wild card spot was out of the question.
Well, I was wrong.
ESPN ran the numbers and realized that the Browns still have a path to the playoffs as a wild card team, despite being 0-10. The path would require 47 specific results to take place over the final six week of the season, including, of course, the Browns winning their remaining games.
