Scot Mccloughan was brought in to the Cleveland Browns as a consultant for the 2018 NFL Draft. His work was complete following the draft, so he departed back to his independent scouting company that he has been running since being let go as the Washington Redskins GM.
Despite his work being done in Cleveland, that didn’t stop him from giving an unsolicited testimonial earlier this week after not having been active on Twitter for months.
“Don’t sleep on the Browns this year — mark my words,” said Mccloughan. He has also taken to Twitter to do the following:
