Report: Myles Garrett meets with Roger Goodell about re-instatement

Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett reportedly met with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell on Monday to discuss the end of Garrett’s indefinite suspension.

The meeting, which took place at the league offices in New York City, was first reported by cleveland.com’s Mary Kay Cabot:

Breaking: #Browns Myles Garrett met with #NFL representatives this morning in NY including Commissioner Roger Goodell about reinstatement from his indefinite suspension. No timetable yet.

The meeting was the next step in what should be Garrett’s inevitable re-instatement to the Browns after he was suspended for hitting Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph in the head with his own helmet at the end of Cleveland’s Week 10 victory over Pittsburgh.
