BEREA, OH — Since embattled wide receiver Josh Gordon has yet to report to Browns training camp, behind the scenes, Cleveland’s brass has been vetting other options at the position. As general manager John Dorsey admitted during the first week of camp, that includes former Dallas Cowboys’ star Dez Brant.
Cleveland’s interest in Bryant is serious enough that they’ve reportedly offered the 29-year-old a one-year contract. If so, the ball is in his court, but apparently his interest in the Browns may not be mutual.
As ESPN’s Josina Anderson shared in a tweet on Tuesday, Bryant isn’t seriously considering joining the Browns.
