REPORT: Browns to host Jets on Thursday Night Football

CLEVELAND — Last season, the Cleveland Browns played each and every one of their games on Sunday afternoon. That apparently won’t be the case next season.

According to Manish Mehta of The New York Daily News, not only will the Browns be featured in a prime time game, they’ll be a prime time host. Per Mehta, the New York Jets will travel to Cleveland for a Thursday night matchup to kickoff Week Three. It’s unclear at this point if this game will be broadcast on a major TV network or if it will only be shown on the NFL Network.
