Going back to last season, the Cleveland Browns have started to build the reputation as being a team on the rise. After going 1-31 between the 2016 and 2017 seasons, general manager John Dorsey came in and overhauled the entire roster.
In doing so, he started to change the image of the franchise. The first sign of this change came when they landed wideout Jarvis Landry via trade from the Miami Dolphins. With plenty of leverage coming off a season in which he led the NFL in receptions, Landry quickly signed a lucrative extension with Cleveland.
