The penalty on Jabrill Peppers for helmet-to-chin contact on a Bengals receiver led to a question asked of Hue Jackson about whether the Browns status as the NFL's only winless team invites border line calls against them.
"Yeah, that could be true,'' Jackson told reporters. "I don't want to believe that. But I think sometimes when it's like it is, we don't get the favorable things.
"We haven't had one of those go our way this year. I hope when we are winning -- because we will here soon -- that we get all of the calls and there's a bunch of people that owe us some stuff when the time comes.
