The Cleveland Browns have not been very active so far in NFL free agency. There are still some moves to be made with at least five players that would fit well for the Browns roster. Nationally, Cleveland’s moves have been graded appropriately leaving their current depth chart lacking.
The Browns could look to bring back any number of the 23 players of theirs left on the free-agent market but finding an answer at quarterback is the most important thing.
