He reacted strongly last year when video of Ray Rice assaulting his future wife Janay went public, saying, “There’s just no place for that behavior in our society.”
Pettine stayed true to those beliefs Wednesday when addressing an incident at offensive line coach Andy Moeller’s Berea home Saturday night and the release of a 911 call made by a woman who identified herself as Moeller’s fianceé.
In a recording made public Tuesday afternoon by the Berea Police Department, a woman who called herself “Sandy” said Moeller “tried to strangle me and beat me up.
