Mayfield extends TD streak but comes up short

CLEVELAND -- After throwing a touchdown pass Sunday night, Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield trails only Pro Football Hall of Famer Kurt Warner for most consecutive games with a touchdown pass to start a career.

Problem was, Mayfield needed another to defeat the Los Angeles Rams. Mayfield's heave into the end zone on fourth-and-goal was intercepted in the final seconds, sealing the Rams' 20-13 victory at FirstEnergy Stadium.

After going the first half without a touchdown, Mayfield connected with tight end Demetrius Harris in the end zone in the third quarter to give Cleveland its first lead of the night.
