About 14 months ago, no NFL team was more discussed than the Cleveland Browns. By all accounts, they had just fleeced the New York Giants for Odell Beckham Jr. and Olivier Vernon. You couldn’t change the TV channel without seeing Baker Mayfield. Browns fans were actually feeling themselves for the first time since the ’60s.

But Browns supporters know the rest of the story all too well. The offense never came together. The locker room fell apart. First-year head coach Freddie Kitchens was fired. Then the architect of the rebuild, John Dorsey, was fired, too.
