Standout college quarterback Josh Rosen reportedly prefers the New York Giants over the Cleveland Browns as his landing spot in the 2018 NFL draft, according to a report by ESPN insider Adam Schefter.
Schefter also reports Rosen’s hesitancy to declare for the draft at all should the Browns peg him with what’s assumed to be their first overall pick in the draft. A loss against the Chicago Bears would lock that in, giving the team possibly two Top 5 picks.
Rosen plans to have a “serious conversation” with his parents about declaring for the NFL, some time after UCLA’s Cactus Bowl appearance, a game which he’s questionable to play after suffering his second concussion of the season a couple of weeks ago against California.
