CLEVELAND – Cleveland Browns Head coach Hue Jackson has ruled out WR Josh Gordon for Thursday nights game. Jackson also said that Gordon will not be starting week one verse the Pittsburgh Steelers. Jackson did say that Gordon will have some package plays. Josh Gordon was recently cleared to practice and play in games by the NFL. He has since been held out practice with a hamstring issue.
Josh Gordon missed all of training camp to focus on his mental health. In 2017, Gordon played in five games. He accumulated 18 receptions for 335 yard and 1 touchdown.
