CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Browns cornerback Jason McCourty said Jimmy and Dee Haslam addressed the players Monday so they could try to help right the ship.
"We're all just trying to figure out a way to win,'' he said Sunday's 19-7 loss to the Jaguars that dropped the Browns to 0-10. "That was the main thing. We're all in this thing together as one unit -- players, coaches, management, ownership, everybody. We're just trying to figure out a way to win.''
McCourty acknowledged that the losing has been hard on everyone. The Browns have the youngest team in the league, and can't close out games in the fourth quarter.
