No Browns receiver had more than 27 receptions last season. The position received a boost when Josh Gordon returned from suspension, but the need for a talent infusion remains. Cleveland is loaded with draft capital and cap space, meaning that acquiring talent isn’t the issue; it’s finding talent that matters.
