CLEVELAND, Ohio - Shortly before 11 p.m. on Thursday night, Browns safety Jabrill Peppers posted an eight-count message on Twitter.
It's not clear why Peppers did this. None of his recent tweets seemed to provide context.
So, clearly, we must assume Peppers was referring to Laverne & Shirley, the popular TV sitcom that ran from 1976-83.
While a show about two roommates who worked as bottle cappers in Milwaukee in the 1960s seems like an odd thing for Peppers to relate to, I think he's actually looking for inspiration in the show's theme song.
