BEREA, Ohio -- Browns head coach Hue Jackson's view of the unnecessary roughness penalty against safety Jabrill Peppers hadn't changed by the time he met with the media for his weekly press conference on Monday afternoon.

"I'm not going to change," Jackson said. "I stand on what I said yesterday. I will not change from that. I think it was a good play by our player."

"The officials said that his helmet hit the offensive player's head,'' Jackson said on Sunday following the game. "I didn't see that. I thought the shoulder hit the guy in the chest.
