Hey Tony: I was wondering if you cared to comment on the coach-first approach, especially given the comments of Ernie Accorsi, who felt like getting the right coach was the most vital step to any organization. It seems this would give more ammo to get the top coach we want. Also is there any thought on Bill Kuharich and does he have a role, or is his association with Ray Farmer make him basically persona non grata at this point?
