CLEVELAND, Ohio - Josh Gordon returns. So, where is it written that Corey Coleman must disappear?
Gordon immediately becomes the focus of a desperate offense. Coleman gets shut out.
Not sure what the moral is to this story, except we were reminded not only about Gordon's great talent but why this team so readily embraced the notion that he could make an immediate difference.
We saw something else noteworthy. That while Gordon is a serious weapon for DeShone Kizer, Gordon's return is not all upside for the Browns rookie quarterback.
Kizer and Gordon connected on a 39-yard gain late in the fourth quarter.
