Despite the heart of the NFL offseason being over with, there are still some quality players available to be signed. The Cleveland Browns could surely bolster some of their position groups by adding some talented players.
Given that these players have yet to be signed, it is quite possible the Browns could sign them for less than their value may typically be.
To be clear, the Browns have built a great roster and do not need to reach for these players and overpay, but if the right opportunity arises, they could be a huge addition to the group.
