CLEVELAND — After going 0-16 in 2017, it may be easy to write off the Browns ahead of the 2018 campaign. But at least one former NFL executive thinks that would be unwise.
Scot McCloughan, who most recently spent two seasons as general manager for the Washington Redskins GM from 2015-2016, warned NFL fans via Twitter, Monday night, not to sleep on the Browns this year.
Don't on the @Browns this year. Mark my words.

Universally viewed as one of the top talent evaluators in all of football, McCloughan does have some vested interest in the Browns doing well.
