CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Pro Football Focus rankings of NFL starting quarterbacks after Week 14 has Baltimore's Joe Flacco rated 27^th.

So we're saying there's a ch....hold on.

DeShone Kizer is 30^th, ahead of just Denver's Trevor Siemian (now out) and Arizona's Blaine Gabbert.

Baltimore is 7-6 and still believes it can make the playoffs. After the Browns, the Ravens finish with Indianapolis and 5-8 Cincinnati.

So it has pretty good reason.

* The Browns matchup with Baltimore at the lakefront Sunday is a prime opportunity to revisit how much headway the home team has made in the AFC North in recent years.
