BEREA, Ohio -- DeShone Kizer knows he has to complete more passes or watch another quarterback take his job next season.

He's last in the NFL with a 52.5 percent, and he knows that's not going to fly. In fact, Hue Jackson has given him a target range -- and spoiler alert -- it doesn't begin with a five.

"You have to be sitting above 65 percent in this league,'' said Kizer.

For real? 13 percentage points higher than what he's at now?

"That's what I am asking for,'' said Hue Jackson. "Yes, that's real.
