One thing that’s great about the rookie minicamp is we get to have some insight to what the staff thinks in regards to certain newcomers. For instance, we all saw that Austin Corbett is being worked out at tackle — which could make his status as the No. 33 pick look even better.
As for the first overall pick, we got to see what the team wants him to work on. That would be taking snaps under center.
While at Oklahoma, Baker Mayfield played primarily from the shotgun and that’s not going to be the norm in the NFL.
