Allen completed just 56.2 percent of his passes while in college, but that keeps getting explained away. It seems like many are enamored with his rocket launcher for an arm and don’t care that he struggles with touch and ball placement.
There have been plenty of players in the past that blew people away with their arm, and Allen tossing it 80-yards downfield seems to be doing that.
