Daily Dawg Tags: College bowl season quarterback primer

The Cleveland Browns need a quarterback.

Starting at the top with owner Jimmy Haslam and working down through general manager John Dorsey, head coach (for now, maybe) Hue Jackson and the fans, everyone knows the simple fact that the Browns need to fix the quarterback position.

Luckily, the Browns are in a position to do that in the upcoming offseason. They have the available cap space to do something insane like hand $30 million a year to quarterback Kirk Cousins if he leaves the Washington Redskins as a free agent.

That would be the most Browns thing ever, but we’re going to give the team the benefit of the doubt here and assume that Haslam has finally gotten it right with the Dorsey hiring and he will fix the problem.
