Daily Dawg Tags: Cleveland Browns looking to address big defensive need

The Cleveland Browns and general manager Andrew Berry had an explosive start to the 2020 free agency period, agreeing to terms with three key players to the offense. However, they still have yet to address holes on the defensive side of the ball.

The Browns are looking to rebuild their most of their defense, especially at the third level with the safety position. The Browns currently only have two safeties under contract: Sheldrick Redwine and J.T. Hassell.

Cleveland's front office has yet to dip into the free agent market, but that does not mean they have not been in discussions with arguably the prized player in the safety market: Anthony Harris, who was given the franchise tag by the Minnesota Vikings.
