It's hard to argue against the use of medical marijuana. It's growing in acceptance and there's tons of medical research out there that is far beyond my comprehension that shows why it is a positive treatment for some conditions.
However, being a fan of the Cleveland Browns or Cincinnati Bengals doesn't seem like a real condition.
That hasn't stopped some Ohio-based fans from petitioning the Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program to add their "condition" as a qualifier for the medical drug.
You seriously can't make this stuff up.
