The Cleveland Browns will open the NFL regular season on Sept. 10, which is now just 52 days away.
Fifty-two is also the uniform number worn with distinction by lineman Frank Gatski, an eight-time champion who played for the Browns from 1946 to 1956, who was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1985.
According to his bio on the Hall of Fame’s website, Gatski was:
