Cleveland Browns owner Dee Haslam recently spoke about the way the team has approached their rebuild. While it’s still up in the air whether or not their approach will work, Haslam said she wouldn’t recommend their style to any other team looking to change their culture.
It’s understandable she would feel this way. Since deciding to rework their team completely the Browns have been a porous record of 4-44 the past three seasons. That’s been a tough pill to swallow, but it doesn’t mean there’s been nothing of note that has helped the team improve — even if the record doesn’t suggest it.
