Even with the unsettling and unexpected news of wide receiver Josh Gordon sitting out the start of camp, the feelings about this season are much better than in years past for the Cleveland Browns.
That has to do with the players added to this team that suddenly make them deep in areas that used to be problem spots for them. The most noticeable changes have come at running back, quarterback and the defensive secondary.
At running back we see Carlos Hyde and Nick Chubb as new faces. The quarterback room has nothing but new players with Tyrod Taylor, Baker Mayfield and Drew Stanton in town now.
