As EA Sports conducted a tournament to determine who the cover athlete would be for Madden NFL 12, the Dawg Pound voted enough for Peyton Hillis to win the tournament and become the cover athlete.
Hillis became a fan favorite during his first season with the Browns in 2010, bursting onto the scene and rushing for 1,177 yards and 11 touchdowns. Browns fans instantly loved Hillis because of his hard-nosed playing style and blue-collar background, making Hillis seem extremely relatable.
