It's no secret that Baker Mayfield wasn't at his best in 2019. The Cleveland Browns No. 1 overall pick was coming off a sensational first season which saw him set the record for the most passing touchdowns by a rookie. Making that even more impressive was that he did so in just 13 starts.
His second act wasn't as successful though. Mayfield and the rest of his teammates all struggled under head coach Freddie Kitchens and limped their way to a 6-10 record which was a huge disappointment.
Now looking ahead to 2020, the question looms as to whether or not Mayfield is going to be able to rebound.
