It is well known at this point, but the 2019 Cleveland Browns were a massive disappointment after struggling mightily last season. An offseason full of expectations got into the players' heads, which caused them to fail to reach those expectations, and did not even come close to reaching them.
The Browns won the "offseason championship" last season after making several big additions to the roster. Cleveland once again had another solid offseason again this year, but most people are hesitant to put any high expectations on the Browns after they miserable 2019 campaign.
Cleveland seems more prepared to reach their 2019 expectations this year, as the roster is more complete and is tailor made for how the new coaching staff wants to deploy their systems.
