Cleveland Browns News: Big plans in place for David Njoku

For whatever reason, the previous Cleveland Browns regime had no plan for tight end David Njoku. After two solid seasons to start his career, the former first-round pick became an afterthought to head coach Freddie Kitchens and general manager John Dorsey.

With those two no longer in Berea, it appears things could be changing for Njoku. While speaking with reporters at the 2020 NFL Scouting Combine, general manager Andrew Berry touched on many topics, including the plans he and new head coach Kevin Stefanski have for the pass-catching tight end.

Njoku is a threat in the passing game and his lack of use in 2019 was inexcusable.
