They really don't have anyone to blame except themselves. The Cleveland Browns have struggled so much as of late that it's hard for those who don't bleed orange and brown to buy into the positive changes around Berea.
That's why a new power ranking from Peter King has them in worse shape than they were last season. Apparently King thinks there aren't even 10 teams worse than the Browns, putting them at No. 24 in his rankings.
So, is he right? Are the Browns better than last season, or did they take a step backward?
