Prior to the 2015 season, the Cleveland Browns re-designed their uniforms. And it wasn't easy finding anyone who approved of the look.
While the color scheme didn't change (although they did slightly alter the orange font on their logo which was widely mocked) the rest of the uniform was drastically altered.
Big block letters went across the jeresy saying "Cleveland" and "Browns was written down the side. Making matters worse was the fact that the team's play in these uniforms was even uglier.
Eventually, team owners Jimmy and Dee Haslam realized the look was not growing on the fans and an announcement was made that they would once again have a new look in 2020.
