The Cleveland Browns currently have built a very talented roster. The key is, most of their roster is extremely young. This means the Browns have some cap space left this year and seem as if they have room to spend. This is going to be a problem in a few years when their young studs require new deals.
There are several players on rookie deals who are developing into great players for the Browns. When all of these players need new contracts at once, it will be a hefty payday for Cleveland. More than likely, they will have to decide on which to keep and which to let walk.
