The Cleveland Browns took a chance on Karl Joseph this offseason as they signed the former Oakland Raiders safety following a season that ended with him needing surgery to repair a foot injury he suffered.
So far, he has yet to be at 100 percent but things are looking up as he’s in pads on Tuesday after sitting out the day prior.
