CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Scribbles in my Browns notebook as they play Jacksonsville in 38-degree weather with 27-degree wind chill and gusts up to 24 mph as the Jags lead, 10-7:
1. DeShone Kizer had a rookie moment early in the game, trying to force the ball to Corey Coleman. He threw into triple coverage and it was picked off by Jacksonville linebacker Telvin Smith. Kizer had only one interception in the previous two games. That was a desperation pass into the end zone on his final play of the 38-24 loss to Detroit last week.
2. This interception looked like some of the bad throws by Kizer in the first two games.
