Browns will catch a little break in Week 2 with Saints’ RB suspended

On Tuesday, the NFL announced that New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram has been suspended for the first four games of the regular season for a PED violation. The news impacts the Cleveland Browns because the team faces the Saints on the road in Week 2 of the 2018 season.

With RB Mark Ingram suspended four games for violating NFL’s PED policy, Saints now will have to rely on other RBs aside from Alvin Kamara: rookie sixth-round pick Boston Scott, Trey Edmunds, Jonathan Williams and Daniel Lasco.

The Saints still have a solid option at running back, considering Alvin Kamara was a stud last season.
